About
Federal MVP Suite is built for small businesses that win work from the federal government, whether you bid as the prime contractor, team up as a subcontractor, or supply a prime. It follows a contract from the first notice through the bid and into the years after award.
Federal MVP Suite is a product of Jackson Lopez Holdings LLC (JLH), a registered government contracting and consulting company โ see who runs it and what it stands for.
What it covers today
| Stage | What you get |
|---|---|
| Find | SAM.gov notices scored to your NAICS codes, California, Texas, and New York City state and local bids, agency forecasts months before the RFP, federal grants, and contracts coming up for recompete. |
| Team up | Primes that subcontract, active subcontractors, and OASIS+ holders by pool; who won similar work before; outreach emails to buyers, small business offices, and primes. |
| Suppliers and partners | A cost view of each notice with GSA Advantage links for the supplies it names, plus local partners and competitors near the place of work. |
| Bid | Every requirement quoted with its page, labor priced year by year for five years (a base year plus four option years, with 3% yearly escalation) at low, market, and high rates the government actually awarded, drafts from your verified records, official forms filled to the cent, and a final package check. For California and Texas bids, a price proposal builder (math exact to the cent; TxDOT bids start from TxDOT's own bid items) plus registration, certification, and bonding links. |
| After award | Recompete radar shows contracts nearing their end, so you can line up the next round. |
It's three products that work alone or together: Litdesk (find, team, decide, track), Awardlevels (price labor), and Capstat (respond and fill forms).
Not yet
- Most state and local bids. We cover California, Texas, and New York City from official open-data feeds only: Los Angeles-area agencies (RAMP LA), the City of Austin, TxDOT, and NYC Current Solicitations. The Texas statewide bid board (ESBD), Cal eProcure, and many city portals don't allow automated reading, so we don't read them. See data sources.
- Each state or city agency's own bid forms. They differ by agency, so we don't fill them; the price proposal builder gives you exact numbers to copy onto the agency's form, which governs.
- Full contract administration after you win. We now cover the basics โ when a CPARS review actually applies, that small businesses are exempt from subcontracting plans, and how DoD/civilian invoicing works โ in a post-award checklist in the Relationship Dashboard. Day-to-day invoicing and option-year financial tracking themselves still aren't built.
The rules we build by
- Public government data only. Every figure traces to SAM.gov, USAspending.gov, GSA, Grants.gov, or another official source, and the pages show when the data was last refreshed.
- Nothing invented. Drafts use only what you have verified. Missing facts are marked [NEEDS INPUT], never filled in for you.
- Nothing submitted. The suite is decision support. You review, sign, and submit every offer yourself.
- Math you can check. Prices on forms are exact to the cent, and the arithmetic is shown.
