Answer without inventing anything
Capstat is the proposal and capability-statement product in Federal MVP Suite, for small businesses responding to federal solicitations.
What it does
- Proposal Builder on every plan: a complete, formatted proposal (cover page, executive summary, technical, management, past performance, price shell) from a solicitation you paste or upload
- Official SF 1449, SF 33, and SF 30 filled from your profile, block by block, with prices exact to the cent
- Proposal sections drafted only from records you've marked verified; every sentence cites its evidence, and missing facts are marked [NEEDS INPUT], never invented
- A writing-tone toggle (plain, formal, or technical) and an optional one-time "sounds like you" voice sample, so drafts read like you wrote them
- Outreach emails to buyers, small business offices, and primes, with the contact rules built in
- Qualification check: a requirement is met only when you've marked matching proof as verified
- Capability statements, Sources Sought letters, bid packages, and Excel compliance matrices
- Relationship Dashboard: organizations, contacts and a touch log, a handshake board (needs, letters of support, next steps), a base-plus-option-year price sheet, and certification renewal reminders
- Teaming finder: primes that subcontract, active subs, and OASIS+ holders by pool
How it fits the suite
Capstat stands on its own, or picks up a notice Litdesk scored and a price sheet Awardlevels built. Decision support only: you review, sign, and submit every offer yourself.
