Find the notices worth your time
Litdesk is the opportunity-discovery product in Federal MVP Suite, for small businesses bidding on federal, state, and local government contracts.
What it does
- SAM.gov notices from every industry, collected daily and scored against your NAICS codes, plus agency forecasts months before the RFP
- California, Texas, and New York City state and local bids from official open-data feeds: Los Angeles-area agencies, City of Austin, TxDOT, and NYC Current Solicitations
- Recompete radar and past awards: who won similar work, for how much, against how many offers — sourced from USAspending.gov award records, not estimated
- Requirements, forms, clauses and deadlines found in the solicitation's readable text, each quoted with its page; pages we can't read (scans) are listed so you can check them yourself
- What changed in each amendment, a daily fact-check of every bid you pursue, and color-team review checklists
- Cost of the contract: labor, travel, equipment, and compliance costs, plus competitors and local partners
- Pursuit pipeline with owners, next steps, contacts, and a full change history
Not yet
Most state and local bid portals aren't covered: we only read California, Texas, and New York City from official open-data feeds, since most city and state portals don't allow automated reading. See data sources.
How it fits the suite
Litdesk stands on its own, or hands a scored notice to Awardlevels for pricing and Capstat for the response. Decision support only — nothing is ever submitted on your behalf.
