Terms of use
These terms are an agreement between you and Jackson Lopez Holdings LLC ("JLH", "we", "us"), which runs Federal MVP Suite. By creating an account, buying a plan, or using this website or the Federal MVP Suite apps, you agree to them. If you use the suite for a company, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms for that company.
Who can use it
You must be at least 18 and use the suite for a business, including a business you are starting. It is not meant for children.
Decision support, not advice
The suite organizes public data and your own records to help you decide and prepare. It is not legal, accounting, tax, or contracting advice, and we are not your lawyer, accountant, or agent. The solicitation, its amendments, and the contracting officer govern every procurement.
You submit and sign
You are responsible for everything you submit to the government or anyone else, including the accuracy of representations, certifications, set-aside status, prices, and forms. The suite never signs or submits for you. Only claim a certification or status you actually hold.
AI-written text
AI drafts, proposal writing help, and email drafts are starting points. AI can be wrong or incomplete even when it cites your records. Read, check, and edit everything before you use it. You decide what to send, and you are responsible for it.
No guarantee of results
We don't guarantee that you will find, win, or keep any contract, grant, or relationship. Nothing in the suite can get you an award or special access. Federal MVP Suite and JLH are not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Government or any state or local government.
Data
Government data is shown as published by its source and may be incomplete, delayed, or changed by the agency. Check the official source before relying on it. Estimates such as market rates are references, not your prices.
Your records
What you enter (your company profile, past performance, contacts, pricing, proposals, and notes) stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the suite for you. You confirm you have the right to enter it, including any contact details about other people. You can ask us to export or delete it at any time.
Accounts, keys, and fair use
Keep your password, access codes, and any API keys you enter private; you are responsible for activity on your account. Don't use the suite to break the law, misrepresent your business, send bulk or unwanted email, copy or resell the suite or its data, probe or overload its systems, or get around plan limits.
Plans, automatic renewal, and cancelling
Prices are published on the home page. Each plan covers one company's records and the number of people it lists. Paid plans renew automatically at the price shown when you subscribe, every month or every year, until you cancel. Your renewal date and price are on your account page. You can cancel online at any time from your account page, in a few clicks; cancelling stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Before an annual plan renews, we remind you by email. If we change a price, we tell you by email before it applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel before then. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card or bank details.
Refunds
- Monthly plans: we don't refund partial months, except where the law requires it.
- Annual plans: if you cancel within 14 days of a new or renewed annual charge, we refund that charge in full.
- Proposal top-up packs: unused packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Proposals already used are not refundable.
- If we charged you by mistake, or after you cancelled, we refund it. Contact us within 60 days.
Proposal packs and access codes
Proposal top-up packs never expire while your account is open and have no cash value. An access code gives complimentary access for the time stated with it; it can't be sold or exchanged for money, and we may end it if it is misused or shared.
Discounts
One discount per account (the largest you qualify for), never more than 30% off, confirmed again once a year. Military and public-service discounts are reviewed; Family & Hardship and Student Hardship discounts rely on your own statement. We never ask about marital status and never want your Social Security number. Never send us a copy of a military ID card. If a discount was given on a statement that wasn't true, we may remove it going forward.
Services we rely on
The suite uses outside services, including SAM.gov and other government data sources, Google (AI and backups), and Stripe (payments). If you add your own Google Gemini key, your use of it is also governed by Google's terms. We are not responsible for outages or changes at those services.
Software
Federal MVP Suite, Litdesk, Awardlevels, and Capstat are proprietary software owned by JLH. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use them while your account is in good standing.
Disclaimer
The suite is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows. We don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, JLH is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost contracts or awards, missed deadlines, or lost data, even if we were told they were possible. Our total liability for any claim about the suite is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow some of these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
Your responsibility to us
If someone makes a claim against JLH because of what you submitted, sent, or entered, or because you broke these terms or the law, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from that claim.
Suspending or closing accounts
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or doesn't pay. If we close a paid account without cause, we refund the unused part of the period you paid for.
Disagreements
If you have a problem, contact us first and we will try to fix it within 30 days. These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Jackson Lopez Holdings LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here takes away rights the law gives you that can't be waived.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters to paid customers, we tell you by email before it takes effect; the date above shows the latest version.
